Terms of Service

1. Using the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract with us. You're responsible for your account and keeping your credentials secure.

Don't misuse the service or break the law. This includes:

• Hosting malware, phishing pages, or harmful code
• Spamming, abusing forms, or interfering with the service
• Accessing other users' data or bypassing security
• Scraping, overloading, or reverse engineering the service
• Infringing on others' rights

We may suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity. We may also decline service we cannot responsibly provide or that creates a material safety, fraud, legal, or abuse risk.

2. Your Content

You own what you create. You give us permission to host and display your content only as needed to run the service and deliver your published sites.

You're responsible for your published sites, including any forms, cookies, or tracking you add. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

3. AI Features

Redo Page includes AI that can generate or modify content. AI outputs may contain errors. Review and edit AI-generated content before publishing. Don't submit sensitive personal information to AI features.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pro can be canceled anytime; access continues through the current paid period. Managed begins with a 12-month initial engagement, whether paid upfront or in 12 monthly payments. Refunds and early-exit choices are governed by our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Fair Use

Plans are for typical business use. If usage creates an unreasonable burden, we may throttle or limit access. We'll try to work with you first.

6. Ownership

The service itself (software, design, branding) belongs to us. These Terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the service anytime, but stopping use does not by itself cancel an outstanding payment commitment. The refund policy explains the circumstances in which payments and commitments end early.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or profits. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with reasonable notice.
